A Family Rooted in Pensacola Beach

Community

Dustin and Mandy Vaughn, along with their six children, are proud Pensacola natives who live right here on Pensacola Beach. Their family has been raised on the island, where their children have attended or currently attend Pensacola Beach Elementary, with their youngest, Koa, looking forward to joining them when he’s old enough.

The Vaughns attend Upperroom Church and are active members of the island community. For years, Dustin and Mandy have owned and operated a local construction company serving Pensacola Beach, building and renovating homes across the island.

Opening The Local and bringing new life to the iconic Tiffany’s has been a dream come true for their family. Their goal is to create welcoming places where locals and visitors alike can gather, shop, and enjoy the laid-back spirit that makes Pensacola Beach so special
